Founded in 1994, by President Jeff Rouillard, the company has enjoyed steady growth, largely through repeat business from existing customers, but also by expanding into larger commercial projects. Competitive pricing, high-quality work, and good production rates, coupled with professional organization and business practices, have enabled RCC to maintain a loyal customer base. President, Jeff Rouillard began his career in high volume custom and tract homes in southern California, and has transplanted that knowledge and more than 30 years of experience to the Lowcountry. Our goal is to use our past experience to find new ways to service our clients' ever changing concrete construction needs. Since no building is exactly alike, we use our experience and proven management tools to maximize our clients' return on their building investment. Rouillard Concrete Construction, LLC presently operates throughout the Lowcountry and Coastal Empire, and is committed to building upon our tradition of creating concrete solutions from concept to completion into the 21st century.
